Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights

In our understanding sexual and reproductive health and rights is a comprehensive approach to promoting essential, timely, affordable and accessible healthcare, especially for women and girls. We advocate for a stronger linkage and integration of SRHR, as well as HIV and AIDS, in the framework of strengthened health systems and Quality Management agendas as SRH is of constant concern throughout a person’s life. It is critical that SRH is provided timely by a skilled health workforce and relies on a functional health infrastructure, that takes into consideration local cultural circumstances.  

We are committed to achieving equal access to information and services without discrimination related to sex, social class, ethnicity or age.  

We have done conceptual and strategic work on comprehensive SRH and respective technical support to programmes at country level. Qulitay Improvement Maternal- and Newborn-health projects have been a constant in our portfolio for over 30 years now.
