About
Capacity building is at the center of our work. evaplan has implemented numerous capacity building, training and research collaboration projects across the globe. Ensuring sustainability and integration into the processes of institutions constitutes the core of evaplan’s vision of capacity building and capacity strengthening. Individual, organizational and institutional capacity building programs are set up with regard to each of the stakeholder’s degree of integration with local regulations and local institutional culture with long-term objectives.
In cooperation with Heidelberg Institute of Global Health at Heidelberg University, evaplan offers accredited tutored and self-paced eLearning and blended learning courses as well as face-to-face short courses in Social Protection and Social Security, Quality Improvement and Patient Safety.

We also offer mentorship opportunities and training of trainees. We use a structured approach where the trainees and mentors agree on the format before starting the mentorship journey.
