Knowledge Management

Knowledge management is at the core of our work. Documentation of good practices for purposes of experience sharing and effective application of knowledge to improve health is part of our project management concept and aligns with the WHO Global Knowledge Management Strategy.

We launched The Heidelberg Quality Improvement Forum for Health (QI Forum) back in 2014 to bring quality improvement and health system strengthening experts together and build a platform for exchange, critical analysis and discussion. Our long-standing partners for this event are the AQUA Institute, Göttingen and the Heidelberg Institute of Global Health of the University Hospital Heidelberg (HIGH). As well as ISQua, The International Society for Quality in Health.
