• Assessment of the feasibility of improved monitoring in the four pilot districts;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the IM in strengthening the health system in Guinea;
• Guiding the scale-up and sustainability of Improved Monitoring in Guinea.

Project description: To ensure the scientific support of improved monitoring, the Reproductive and Family Health Programme (PSRF) recruits an international institution with expertise in the design, and implementation of research projects as activities to support health projects and with good experience in the field of quality management teaching and project evaluation aimed at improving the quality of services.
